WRITING A COVER LETTER

Dear________, This is to inform you that I am a tenant of ___________ apartments, flat no ________ and I have a major problem in the kitchen. The passage to the drain is blocked the water is leaking continuously, I first thought that it was a clog in the drain and put a special powder which cleans the blockage of the drain but that didn’t work and I informed the secretary about it two days back, but hasn’t yet turned up with a plumber. I can’t go to the kitchen as it stinks and the water is getting blocked which can spread infection due to bacteria and pests. According to the contract such things should be taken care by the apartment management but I am really disappointed by the way things are going on, even after repeated calls no one is bothers to check the problem.
