Sometimes,  resignation letters  are difficult to accept – especially when the employee who submitting the resignation is a valued employee. Behind every resignation is a good reason. So keep in mind to always accept a resignation with a positive attitude. It has to be real and genuine, for he/she will easily feel if you are not being honest. Be compassionate and considerate of their feelings as well. There are several reasons why an employee decides to file for a resignation.
