Appeal letter to reconsider academic suspension

To Dean, St. Peter University London Subject:  Academic suspension appeal letter Date: 15 th  February, 2012. Sir, I am writing this letter to appeal you to re-consider my academic suspension and kindly give me another chance to appear for the examinations for Master’s degree in Computer Science. I understand that I should have taken the studies more seriously but when I was offered a job in the middle of my master’s degree as software developer with a reputed organization, I could not resist that offer. I got involved in job and studies simultaneously due to which I failed to satisfy the required criteria to pass the exams. I assure you that if I am given another chance I will not only pass the exams but will come out with flying colors. I have attached my student details with this letter for your perusal. Kindly re-assess the suspension decision and grant me one more chance to prove myself.  Looking forward for a positive response from your end Sincerely, Ethan Harper

Appeal letter for cancellation of dismissal from University

To The Dean Academic Committee City College of Engineering & Technology Poole, Subject: Academic Dismissal Appeal Letter Date: 7 th  March, 2012. Respected Sir, I am writing this letter to appeal for cancellation of my dismissal from the St. Patrick University.  It was very upsetting to hear that I was being considered for dismissal from the letter that was sent to me last week. Sir, I admit that in the last semester my grades went down and I couldn’t even pass my exams. I don’t want to make up excuses to explain my degraded performance but I really had a very bad phase of my life during last semester. My father passed away before the exams and due to which I couldn’t concentrate on my studies. I hope you can understand my circumstances and would realize that I am not a bad student, but the situations were such that I couldn’t perform well in my exams. I assure you that if given another chance I can prove my capabilities and can do well in the exams. Kindly consider m...

Appeal letter to university for reconsideration of admission request

To Mrs. Samantha Harper Admissions Head St. Peters University Manchester Subject: Academic Rejection Appeal Letter Date: 15 th  March, 2012. Dear Mrs. Harper, I am writing this letter to appeal for reconsideration of my admission request in your esteemed university. I was very disappointed to hear that my admission request was rejected on the basis of my SAT scores which do not satisfy the admission criteria for the university. But then I re-took the SAT exam last month and improved my exam scores quite measurably in all the subjects. I have attached my new score sheets with this letter for your perusal. I understand that university does not accept re-applications for the same session, but I have already wasted my last year and if I don’t get admission in this session also, it will badly affect my career. I worked very hard to show improvement in my SAT exams and to prove my abilities. Kindly consider my appeal. Looking forward to hear from you soon Regards, Jessica Parker
