Appeal letter for relaxing the fine imposed for wrong parking

From, Mr Stevenson, E-2, Linking Plaza, Lockhart Street, Bern To, The Parking in Charge Officer, Road Traffic Authorities, Bern Dear sir/ madam, This letter has been drafted by me to put forward an appeal to you for relaxing the fine imposed on me for improper parking. I would like to explain the situation. I had been wanted to reach out for a medical shop in urgency and hence I landed in front of Holster Medical in Broken Boulevard. The moment I returned after taking the necessary medicines I find out the officer imposing the heavy fine on the objection of improper parking. As you may be aware of the fact that Broken Boulevard is a congested corner of the city and the place where I have been has valid parking only about 800 metres away on both the sides. I just required 5 five minutes and I have not broken any rule. Even the officer was helpless about the situation. I have complete faith in your decision and shall do as commanded. Yours sincerely, Mr Stevenson

Letter requesting waiver of the penalty charges for wrong car parking

To James Mathew # 4457 Collingwood Walk Plymouth Date: 26 th  Feb’ 2012 Subject: parking Ticket appeal letter Sir, I am writing this letter in reference to the notice – RT66754 which was issued on  22 nd  Feb 2012 to the car registered with number PL768. Sir, I parked my car in a reserved private residential area by mistake. There was one more parking area adjacent to that reserved parking, and since I was new to the place so I parked in wrong parking space.  Although I paid for the parking display ticket but was not aware that I have parked the car in a different parking space. I was new to the place so I got confused. But when I came back, I saw the notice pasted on the window of my car to pay the penalty charge. Also there was no sign board indicating that it was a reserved parking space. Hence I want to appeal for a waiver of the penalty charges and would really appreciate your kind gesture. Sincerely Shaun Clooney
