WRITING A COVER LETTER

A little laxity on part of a particular company may not only lead to short tempers but may sometimes result in legal wrangles also. It becomes very difficult to manage these frayed tempers of irate clients. Business complaint letter is one such letter, where a client complains about the reluctant way of work. When you started the work I clearly informed you that after two months it’s my daughter’s wedding and I need everything to be done before that. But now only two more weeks are left for her marriage and nothing much has been done.
