Appeal letter to reconsider dismissal decision from work

Mr. Anthony Goodfellow Human Resources Dept. Cleaners Co. Dear Mr. Goodfellow, I received your letter yesterday notifying me of my dismissal from work.  I am writing to you to appeal for your consideration on the matter of my dismissal.  I am fervently hoping that you will reconsider your decision based on my good performance in the company. I recognize that I made a violation of the company’s work ethics by using the office photocopying machine for personal use without your permission.  However, I believe that dismissing me is too grave a punishment for the minimal violation.  This offense was committed due to a moment of bad judgement since I really needed to photocopy important documents at the time. I have been working in the company for fifteen years now, faithfully serving the company.  My record is clean and this is my first offense in the company.  I sincerely pray that this will merit your reconsideration. Thank you. Sincerely yours, Tim ...

Appeal Letter to reconsider the disapproval of the solicitation letter

Mr Collins, Joyous Dancing House, Chicago To, Mr Leeward, Dancing Envy Competition Head, Chicago Dear Mr Leeward, This letter has been drafted to make an appeal to you to reconsider our entry in the esteemed competition which you have organised. After having submitted the letter of application for  an entry in the competition, we were intimated after a couple of weeks that our solicitation letter has been disapproved and we were left traumatised. I would like to elucidate this fact that we have organised all the funds for participating in the competition. This was the reason stated in the disapproval letter that the authorities doubted for the funds availability with us. I appeal you that you reconsider the disapproval of the solicitation letter from our side. We would want to assure you that we shall deliver up to the reputation of the elite competition and we have put in our heart in practice. I am hopeful that favourable response shall result after this letter. Thanking you...

Appeal letter to reconsider academic suspension

To Dean, St. Peter University London Subject:  Academic suspension appeal letter Date: 15 th  February, 2012. Sir, I am writing this letter to appeal you to re-consider my academic suspension and kindly give me another chance to appear for the examinations for Master’s degree in Computer Science. I understand that I should have taken the studies more seriously but when I was offered a job in the middle of my master’s degree as software developer with a reputed organization, I could not resist that offer. I got involved in job and studies simultaneously due to which I failed to satisfy the required criteria to pass the exams. I assure you that if I am given another chance I will not only pass the exams but will come out with flying colors. I have attached my student details with this letter for your perusal. Kindly re-assess the suspension decision and grant me one more chance to prove myself.  Looking forward for a positive response from your end Sincerely, Ethan Harper
